Making bread today. For your amusement, I've taken a Food Channel photo:
Dough's still rising so I'll post another picture once it's baked. I started with mom's white bread recipe and substituted some whole wheat flour for some of the white, some molasses for some of the sugar, and I'll make round loaves and fancy them up with a mix of corn meal, ground flax seed, ground wheat berries, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and some other stuff I can't remember right now. I like fancy bread.
